📍 Meeting with the Presidency of the Social Forum!
The National Association of Municipalities of Albania held an online meeting with the Presidency of the Social Forum, the focus of which was the presentation and discussion of materials prepared for the strengthening and improvement of social services at the local level, where the following was discussed:
📘 Draft Manual for Professional Supervision, developed in the context of the provision and development of social services by municipalities;
📘 Manual for the Management of Emergency Cases of Children and Women at Risk, which reflected the discussed suggestions regarding the legal basis and approximation with European Union legislation, risk assessment, trauma-informed care, as well as the relevant formats included in the annexes.
💬 The meeting also served as an important step in the consultation with representatives of the Social Forum, enabling the exchange of opinions and recommendations for further improvement of the materials and their adaptation to the concrete needs of municipalities.
👉This activity was carried out by the National Association of Municipalities of Albania in collaboration with NALAS and the support of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).
